Faulty or Damaged Items
If an aura spray is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. Please provide proof of damage and proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued once the order is verified and the item(s) is received in acceptable condition.
Online Orders
If you purchased aura sprays online, you have 14 days from the day you receive the item to request a return. For hygiene and safety reasons, the product must be unused and sealed in its original packaging unless it is faulty. Once the return is requested, the item must be sent back within 14 days.
In Person Purchases
For aura sprays bought in-person, returns are accepted only if the item is faulty or damaged.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or other proof of purchase may be required for all returns.
