Synopsis

16-year old Mira has always felt more than she could explain—unspoken tensions, hidden griefs, the quiet weight people carry within. What she once believed was over-sensitivity is revealed to be a rare gift when she discovers Pranic Healing, an ancient science and art of working with the body’s subtle energies.
As Mira learns to cleanse and restore the unseen currents that shape human well-being, she meets Arun, a young man trapped in anxiety and sleepless nights. Their encounter becomes a gentle journey of transformation, where healing is not imposed but remembered. The Light Between Her Hands is a luminous story about empathy, inner power, and the truth that the greatest healing comes from awakening what already lives within us.

Foreword by Master Marilag Mendozs, a Master Pranic Healer who conceptualised The PranaKids programme, under the instructions of GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui for advanced souls (who's parents were attending the Arhatic Yoga Retreat).

In The Light Between Her Hands, Kai Subramanian (at the tender age of 11) weaves a captivating tale that bridges the seen and unseen, the tangible and the mystical. Through Mira's gentle yet powerful journey with Pranic Healing, we are reminded of the profound wisdom that lies within us all-that healing is not about external fixes but about unlocking the innate light that resides deep within our very being. This story is a testament to the transformative power of compassion, awareness, and the subtle energies that shape our lives. Let Mira's story guide you to remember the light that is always yours, waiting to be rediscovered.

About the author
Kai Subramanian is a young author from the UK whose first book, The Light Between Her Hands, reflects both his deep sensitivity and remarkable insight. A student of PranaKids in USA since the tender age of 8, and inspired by the teachings of GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui, founder of modern Pranic Healing, as well as his mother's work as Managing Director of the British Pranic Healing Council, Kai grew up witnessing firsthand the transformative power of healing. Without guidance, he wrote The Light Between Her Hands from the heart, drawing on years of quietly watching his mother heal, teach, and uplift others through Pranic Healing. His writing carries a natural wisdom beyond his years, sharing a simple yet profound message: healing is accessible, intuitive, and a beautiful way to serve others. Kai is a compassionate and loving soul with strong intuitive gifts. Through his book, he hopes to inspire readers to recognise their own inner abilities, explore Pranic Healing, and discover how easy and rewarding it can be to help both themselves and those around them. Outside of writing, Kai is an avid football player and is currently working on an exciting new book series inspired by his passion for the sport. He is also a county chess player and loves music.
