Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Participant Notice Period Participants can cancel their enrolment in a course (including deposit payment) or if they enrolled without meeting the pre-requisites, up to 90 days before the session's scheduled start date. Refund Policy If a participant cancels, or does not meet the course pre-requisites as listed, 90 or more days before the session start date, they are entitled to a full refund of the course fees (less £40 admin processing fee). If a participant cancels less than 90 days but more than 60 days before the course start date, or does not meet the course pre-requisites as listed, a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. If a participant cancels less than 60 days but more than 30 days before the course start date, or does not meet the course pre-requisites as listed, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days before the course start date, or if the participant does not meet the course pre-requisites as listed. Process to cancel a course enrollment: Participants must submit a cancellation request in writing to happy@britishpranichealingcouncil.org.uk The date (UK time) the request is received by the British Pranic Healing Council will be treated as the cancellation date. Cancellation by the British Pranic Healing Council We reserve the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, force majeure events or any other reason(s). In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Participants will have the option to transfer to another session or receive a full refund or an apportioned refund, whichever is appropriate. Refunds will usually be processed within ten (10) working days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original enrollment. Non-attendance of a course or part-attendance, due to illness, personal, professional or other reasons does not entitle the participant to a refund, extra tuition, extra treatment or a transfer to another session/course. Modifications to session/ course - The British Pranic Healing Council reserves the right to modify the content, instructor or location at its sole discretion. Its decision is Final.
